Rigotte Cheese Mold
Description
This rigotte cheese mold is perfect for making small discs of soft cheese including Brie and Camembert. With an open bottom and draining holes, whey is easily drained off while the curds consolidate. With a few of these sturdy molds you will have fun turning a gallon or two of milk into multiple batches of cheese.
Rigotte, the cheese which this mold is named after is an artisanal cheese made in the Lyonnaise region of France. Traditionally made using goats milk, it has a delicate nutty flavor with notes of honey.
