Goat cheese (Chevre)
My first experience with making cheese was awesome and fun. Using the kit made it easy to follow the instructions. We used our own goat milk from our Nigerian dwarf goats. And made triple the amount that the recipe said we would. Called customer service because we weren't sure if we did something wrong, but he said "congratulations, you did great for your first time". Definitely buying this product again. And recommend it to others.

Goat cheese Chevre
I love your company! I first purchased a “cheese kit” about 10 years ago, in Florida, and enjoyed the process using whole organic milk from a friend. Now we live in Alabama. Our community is very rural, and once again a friend has goats. One of the goats is lactating and she gave me some goat milk. I purchased your goat cheese kit and made Chevre cheese with the goat milk. A gallon of goat milk made about 1 lb of cheese. I used 1/4th of the cheese seasoned with lemon flavoring for bagels, and 3/4th of the cheese with savory herbs. Wonderful flavors! Attached is a picture of the cheese wrapped ready for the refrigerator. Thank you so much for the wonderful cheese kit!
