goat dairy a plenty!
I am so glad i found New England Cheesemaking Supply! we milk 3 Nigerian Dwarf goats and have so much milk. In our state we can’t sell it yet but we are working toward those certificates. For now, we give away cheese, butter, milk, yogurt and kefir at our local farmers market. We always give out early and it’s a race to get there for some! Im excited to try cheddar this year and a few other fun recipes from the included boom we got!

loving the sweet yogurt
BEST yogurt I've ever eaten. I'm having fun going through the packet. Just did the sour cream (made soooo much). Now, will head on to the cheese. So glad to have found you. I'm about to become a lifetime customer!

Easy to use
Very easy to use and nice packaging I also bought animal liquid rennet and some cheese forms, very good so far

Easy Peasy
I love this kit. Making simple cheese, yogurt has never been so easy. Butter is next

Good starter kit
This is our first time making cheese besides farmers cheese. And I quickly learned that cheese making is a science that requires a lot of precision. But the cultures and recipes work. Just google more recipes if you have questions. This book is good. But written by someone who is a master cheese maker and some of the language doesnt transfer easily.
