Is very good
It works great
I use it to culture milk for a yogurt substitute. It's a delicacy I grew up with but couldn't find it in stores in the US. The starter culture works great. Works great!
Works as expected
I'm new to making cheese with cultures and mesophilic was the first culture I purchased. Works as expected and I'm still waiting for my cheeses to ripen so I can try them out.
Mesophilic Starter Culture
Absolutely having a wonderful time making chedder cheese. New England Cheese is a one stop shop from their Mesophilic Starter to their Cheese cloth. All the items I purchased were easy to use and the packaging included instructions, so I didn't scramble to look it all up.
I love that I can make many different hard and soft cheeses with the Mesophilic Culture. It is very convenient to have a sealed, premeasured culture ready for making small batches of cheese at home. I absolutely recommend this product.
