I love this stuff and believe it is a must to have around. When making cheese I clean the kitchen then sanitize all the surfaces I will be using. I keep a 1/2 gallon bowl of it mixed up during the cheesemaking process for things that may need to be re-sanitized during the day. I have never had a contamination issue using this product. I highly recommend it.
Despite being **** about sanitizing, I was having some issues with contamination. Since using this product, I haven’t had a problem since. It just takes a bit to mix into solution, and spray everything down, and let it dry.
This stuff is the Bomb! Very small amount can sanitize all of your equipment. Wasn't sure if I needed this product, but now I swear by it!
i use this on my stainless steel milking buckets and supplies. I mixed it up in a spray bottle and use it after washing. After only a few uses it has eliminated that rainbow colored protein sheen that has been building up.
