Can't compromise on the first step - start off clean!
For a cheese making noob like myself, I learned the hard way. You have got to sanitize EVERYTHING! Star San makes it easy. Don't mess around. Buy it, follow the instructions, use it, eliminate the unseen from wrecking your masterpiece.

Amazing!
I love this stuff! Only takes a tiny bit, dilute it, and wipe everything down. No need to rinse, just air dry! I've had no issues with contamination and it doesn't seem to be harsh on my hands. Even used to sanitize my mini fridge/cheese cave! Will continue to use!

Haven't Used Yet
I'll use this after my goats freshen, I'll be making cheese then. I want to prevent the bad bacteria, ever present on a farm, from contaminating my hard cheeses. This sounds like a good way to do that.

Highly recommended from many years of experience
I've made beer and wine for years, and this sanitizer quickly made it to the top of my list. It's easy to use, removes the risk of bleach or boiling water spills, and it's food safe. In all the years I brewed and made wine, I never had a bad batch after using this sanitizer. We're now turning our attention to making cheese, and I already know that there is no other option for me than Star San.
