Flavors Galore!
Flavored butter (also known as compound butter) is fun to make and it’s the perfect gift or party favor.
Mostly, it just involves mixing ingredients together and adding them to softened butter. You can start with unsalted butter if you want to have complete control of the flavor.
After that, many folks roll and wrap their butter. The rolling part can be tricky, but there is a great tutorial at Buzzfeed – click here
