Kate Johnson's Online Cheese Making Classes

We aren’t sure exactly how she managed to do it, but, when the pandemic hit, Kate Johnson pivoted from her “brick & mortar” school (The Art of Cheese) to a complete online catalog of cheese making classes.

She is teaching a larger selection of classes than we have ever seen before and the list keeps expanding.

There is a charge, unlike a lot of YouTube videos, but these are actual classes, professionally done and well worth the price. Plus, you can email Kate or her other instructors after the class if you need additional cheesemaking support!

They make fabulous holiday gifts and, for the occasion, she has a sale going on – Buy Two Gift Cards, Get One Free until December 24th.

Kate’s catalog of cheese making classes gets larger all the time, so notice the date on this post before you check out the list below.

Right now, she is offering a growing selection of beginner, intermediate and advanced classes (plus her famous 7 Day Cheese Challenge). There are also some “bonus” classes about general cheese making topics.

If you want to, you can use these classes to obtain Certification. You can also join her Cheesemaking Club*.
